This Service is only to be added when you purchase a lace frontal and 2-4 or more bundles.
A basic unit is simply sewing the bundles and frontal onto the cap and co-washing your unit!
A customized unit includes bleaching the knots, pre-plucking the frontal, and co-washing your unit!

With these wigs, all you have to do is simply put your wig on and it'll look like a million bucks! Processing time for wig units are between 6-10 business days

xWhat is the return policy?
The Gold Pack hair collection comes with a 20 day exchange warranty, if and only if the bundles have not been cut, dyed, and show signs of extreme shedding or matting.
ALL shipping costs are covered by the customer and must including tracking insurance via USPS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, besides hair covered under the Gold Pack Warranty, all sales are final.
What is the refund policy?
In the case of a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product ONLY.

Lost or stolen packages
