Shipping policy

Please allow 7-21 business days for the processing of your order, unless stated otherwise in the products description. Our team ships out orders in the order it was received. 

Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days after the listed processing time

Overnight shipping is considered after the listed processing time

In person orders also must abide by the same processing time stated above.

 

Lost or stolen packages
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number

 

ORDERS WILL NOT BE EXPEDITED BECAUSE OF A HAIR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAIR.
