What is the return policy?
The Gold Pack hair collection comes with a 20 day exchange warranty, if and only if the bundles have not been cut, dyed, and show signs of extreme shedding or matting.
ALL shipping costs are covered by the customer and must including tracking insurance via USPS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, besides hair covered under the Gold Pack Warranty, all sales are final.
What is the refund policy?
In the case of a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product ONLY.
- Payments made towards shipping and handling are nonrefundable.
Lost or stolen packages
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a USPS tracking number.
