How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your order. Our team ships out orders in the order it was received. 

But due to the current pandemic, processing times have been extended to 7-14 business days.

Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days after the listed processing time

Overnight shipping is considered after the listed processing time

In person orders also must abide by the same processing time stated above.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE EXPEDITED BECAUSE OF A HAIR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAIR. 

What type of hair does Belle Ame Collection sell?

We sell 100% virgin hair.

How many bundles should I purchase?

For bundles 12" to 18" you can use 2-3 bundles and from 20" to 26" we recommend using 3-4 bundles for desired fullness with your installs or wigs.

How long will Belle Ame Collection hair last?

We stand proud behind our hair and the fact that our extensions will last for as long as you take care of them. We have Belle's who have re-installed their hair over and over again. Note that all time frames depend on HOW the hair is taken care of.

Raw Hair Collection:

-Lasts about 2-5 years+

Can I wash/ straighten / apply heat /or swim in my extensions?

Yes.

Can I dye my extensions?

Yes.

What is the difference between the Virgin Hair Collection and the Raw Hair Collection?

The difference between the virgin hair collection and raw hair collection is the affordability aspect. A-lot of times people want hair, but cant afford TOP quality so the virgin hair collection is set at an affordable price point for decent quality. The raw hair collection has top grade hair which is more pricey for those that can afford it.

 

What is the difference between Raw Cambodian and Raw Chinese?

Raw Chinese has a finer, high luster (shiny) appearance. 

Raw Cambodian has a more coarse, medium to low luster (not as shiny) appearance.

This difference stems from the origin of the hair, as the people from Northern Asia have a different diet and lifestyle compared to those in South West Asia; which affect the appearance and texture of the hair bundles.

Both are very good, the overall "better hair" depends on the texture of your hair and your preference.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

In order to cancel or change any order, please email contactbelleameco@gmail.com within 2 hours of your purchase; in the subject bar include your order # and “cancel order” or “change order”.

Once order has been marked as "fulfilled", you may no longer cancel or change your order.

Lost or stolen packages

• We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

• All Packages come with a Tracking number.
